Its location, right next to S.Marcos Pl. it was very accesible to every attraction.
A little bit overprice for the facilities, kind of rusty. Also we had a black out for a while because of some electrical problem in one room but the staff solved it even though at the beginning they did not seem to know what to do.

Location
The hotel and staff attitudes were outdated and staff were rude and unhelpful - it was very overpriced for what u got. The room was stuffy and I was advised air-con could not be turned on without owners permission and when we got back from being out all day the maid had left our room door open - not unlocked open. The breakfast included in the price was also bad. My advice would be to choose any of the other hotels in the area except this one!!

Fantastic location, wifi worked in some areas of room.
Pillows were really hard, noise from outside can be really loud at night (made worse by the fact that one of the shutters didn't close properly), air conditioning in room didn't work either.

The location
No shower head that you can stand while showering. The worst hairdryer that I ever encountered at a hotel.

Location is marvellous.
the hotel is fancy, nestled in a really nice boutique building with a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast choices are free with sweet cakes, eggs plus pancetta. i would have stayed for longer if no other plans.

Fantastic location just steps from San Marco Square. The room, a Superior Double, wasvery comfy and tidy. A strong shower with great water pressure kept me refreshed. Breakfast had a decent selection, but it lacked variety and healthy options. Staff, while usually friendly, could be more attentive. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep sometimes, and the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, leaving the room too warm. Enjoyed the mini pastries but wished for more real options. A solid choice for its location, but improvements needed in amenities.

Hotel staff is very polite and ready to help. Rooms are clean and nice and give you the impression that you are in Casanova's time. I would strongly recommend this hotel specially for the tourist that are visiting Venice for the first time, beause it's perfect location.
